About Sandaya
Sandaya was established in 2010 by 2 founders with a lot of experience in the world of tourism. Their objective was to create a camping chain, consisting of 3 and 4 star campsites, located in exceptional surroundings.
Sandaya's mission is to make as many people as possible feel the magic of a camping site. The camp sites are located in beautiful locations, next to the sea or in the centre of magnificent nature. The ambience at these locations is warm and welcoming and brings you in a relaxing state. To top it all, you are offered very comfortable accommodation and lots of entertainment activities. That's what Sandaya is all about.
Data Protection
In various situations, you may have reason to communicate personal information to us, notably when making a reservation, requesting a brochure or receiving an answer to your questions. First and foremost, the data collected is useful for enabling our teams to respond to your request.
This data will also be input into the Sandaya customer file and may be used by our internal departments for administrative and sales management purposes, whilst maintaining the utmost confidentiality and observing the provisions of the French law on data protection and civil liberties (no. 78-17 of 6/01/1978) and the French law on confidence in the e-economy - LCEN (Article 22 of 21/06/04). Similarly, companies whose assistance Sandaya is likely to call upon for administrative or commercial support, shall only be provided with necessary information.
Sandaya does not hold information records regarding the identity of visitors to its website. However, we are interested in information that will enable us to better understand and improve the use of the site, e.g. number of visitors, pages visited etc.
It is up to you to check that the information you provide is correct and complete. We would be grateful if you would inform us of any changes to the information provided to enable us to update your customer file.
In accordance with the French Law on "Data Protection and Civil Liberties", you have the right to access, correct and make an objection regarding your personal data by contacting us in writing and indicating your last name, first name and address using the form on the "Contact & Help" page.
